Funny Comparison

As I was posting the ultrasound pictures yesterday I kept thinking how much it looked like Brynley. So I scanned through some pics from the day Bryn was born and wanted to post a comparison shot of Brynley and Baby #4 still in utero.

Brynley - less than an hour old:
Baby #4 at almost 36 weeks:
Hmm, it will be interesting to see her in person and see how much they really compare but I think the resemblance is pretty amazing!

For Comparison here is Zac a few hours after birth:

35 weeks, 5 days

Today I had what will probably be my last ultrasound during this pregnancy... the end is near... She is looking great and weighing in at 6 pounds, 11 ounces, the doctor thinks this is actually a little low and thinks she is closer to 7 pounds! She is very healthy and pretty much ready to come at any time, I am hopeful she will be here sometime in the next two weeks - I just need to talk my doctor into it! As I was driving today I noticed it was 112 degrees outside - yes I am ready to not be pregnant any more, the heat is killing me!!! Enjoy the pictures of little miss chubby cheeks!

The ultrasound tech gave me about 30 pictures as it is very rare for a baby to be showing off her face this far along and she was amazed at the pictures she was getting. I can't believe I will actually meet this little lady soon!
I'm thinking she looks exactly like Brynley!

10 Years Ago Today...

I married a pretty great guy! Little did I know how great our lives together would actually be - I always dreamed of a fairy tale life with a happily ever after and I believe that 10 years in - I got exactly that!
This is one of our engagement photos:

And here we are today at breakfast:
Our life has certainly not been perfect and I am sure there are many obstacles still in our way but we are in it together - all of us! Andy continues to spoil me daily and is always beyond thoughtful when it comes to making me happy. I remember 10 years ago waking up the morning of our wedding freaking out - I thought for sure I had made a mistake, what was I doing? I was only 21, Andy was 26 - practically an old man! I remember walking into the Portland Temple and Andy was sitting there waiting with his parents, he had a huge grin on his face and I could hardly look at him - our lives would be changing forever and sometimes I don't deal well with change! Thank goodness I didn't listen to the butterflies and I went ahead with the wedding - because the rest of the day was pure bliss. And the 10 years since have been a wild ride that I wouldn't step off of for a minute!

Andy took us all to breakfast at one of our favorite breakfast spots - The Flight Deck Cafe at the Gateway airport. It was a nice way to spend the morning together.
Brynley thought we needed a picture of the two babies in the family:
Hayden - 7 years old
Brynley - 4 years old
Zac - 2 years old
And not to leave out the next member of the family - Baby girl at 32 weeks
Happy Anniversary Andy - I love you more today than yesterday!
